The global network company holds 40 percent of the international courier market in Bulgaria and remains a solid leader for 2011, according to research on the past year carried out by TNS BBSS. The express international deliveries made by Bulgarian business yearly number about 370,000; most of them travel to Germany, Italy and the Balkan countries such as Greece, Serbia and Romania. Documents feature heavily among the cargo, making up to 84 percent. The trust that customers show to DHL is unequivocal – satisfaction rate measures at 93 points out of 100, demonstrating that clients care about quality, price and tracking the packages. With the rate that the company's market share has been expanding in recent years, there is little doubt that 2012 will be another strong year for DHL.
