Spanish investment company Montecanal has stepped on Bulgarian soil with its first local project in Bulgaria - MonteBoyana Residential Complex, located in the Boyana neighbourhood, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain. These are entirely finished and have Act 16 as of last month. There is already a children's playground at the residents' disposal and a recently opened Italian restaurant, Cinecitta Osteria Italiana. The goal is to turn MonteBoyana into a preferred living area, providing its residents with goods and services of primary importance at a very close distance.
