Hello, my name is Jim Hawkins, I am English and I have lived in Bulgaria for 5 years. I now live in Sofia. Would you be interested in talking to me about 2 interesting happenings of last week. The first was at the anti-Government demo's, when my band Purple HAZE was invited to play outside the Communist stronghold 'Meeting House' , We also played with Vasko The Patch and Queen of Rock, Milena. Vasko said " It was great to watch an Englishman singing American songs (Jimi Hendrix) on the steps of the most notorious Communist building in Sofia. The second event is that I have just finished making a 60 min. documentary film about the Life & Music of Vasko The Patch, which describes his fight against communism and the falling down of the Berlin Wall, and his life since 1989.. Vasko speaks English throughout the interviews very honestly about the Bulgarian situation over the years
