Hotel Lion Borovetz has 151 rooms: single and double rooms, standard or expanded, studios and apartments, with six of the rooms adapted to people with disabilities. The restaurant specialises in European cuisine and Bulgarian specialities, and the traditional tavern offers the best of traditional Bulgarian dishes.

Hotel Lion Borovetz offers excellent conditions for business meetings, seminars, trainings and team buildings. The hotel has two conference rooms. Lion Hall is with maximum capacity of up to 100 people, and Borovetz Hall is with maximum capacity of up to 150 people. Both have natural light, blinds on the windows, and can be separated in two with soundproof screens. The technical equipment includes wireless microphones, multimedia, screen, flip-chart, wireless Internet. For meetings, trainings or work of groups to up to 12 people, Hotel Lion Borovetz also offers the "working studio" option.
