DIBLA SEMINAR: THE WORLD DESIGNER ELITE COMES TO BULGARIA

An event of the rank and nature of Dibla Seminar has never happened in Bulgaria before. For the first time, five world-renowned specialists in the field of architecture, interior and product design, as well as specialists in issues related to project management, marketing and foreign markets come to Bulgaria at the invitation of the National Platform for Interior and Product Design Dibla.

The lecturers will share with the audience their secrets for success, rich experience and variety of projects completed on 10 October 2019 at Inter Expo Center. An indicator of the significance of the event for the Bulgarian design community is the fact that one of the guests of the upcoming Dibla Seminar is included in the list "Ten interior designers who changed the world" of Boca do Lobo and BestInteriorDesigners. The high credibility and exceptional worldwide renown of the participants, together with the usefulness of the topics guarantee an event that you cannot afford to miss.

With a number of large, prestigious and successful events in the field of design and architecture in Bulgaria behind Dibla's back - one of which is the forthcoming fourth edition of the Dibla Design Awards, which will be judged by Karim Rashid himself, along with 15 other distinguished colleagues, the Dibla team also decided to lay the groundwork for its next major challenge. Dibla Seminar is the latest project of the Platform, which aims to prove that the Bulgarian audience deserves and can truly appreciate the best of world design.

Italian architect Federico Delrosso, identified as one of the ten contemporary designers to change the world, will present his film "Dreaming the Real", which was also part of the official selection of the Milan Design Film Festival 2018. Delrosso's many accomplishments include collaborations with brands such as Davide Groppi, HenryTimi and many more. His Mima wall lamp was nominated for the 21st Golden Compass 2008 and is included in the permanent collection of the ADI Compasso d'Oro Design Museum. In 2012 his Notime restaurant design project was among the finalists for the Best of Year Award.

Designated as the Most Influential Middle Eastern Designer, selected as the Lead Designer of 2018 by the Index Architecture & Design Awards and winner of the prestigious Identity Design Awards Contribution Award, Isabel Pintado is a true diamond in Dibla Seminar. Ms. Pintado is Senior Vice President for Africa, China, Middle East, Thailand and Regional Managing Director for Dubai, Bangkok, Shanghai at Wilson Associates.

Well known to the Bulgarian public from her participation in the jury team in the last three editions of the Dibla Design Awards, Hasegawa Aoy, Head of Master's Program in Interior Design at the Academy Domus, Italy, will reveal the most important principles for successful interior marketing and architecture. It was no accident that she expressed her sincere willingness to join Dibla Seminar.

Tatiana Stancheva, with her more than 15 years of diverse and extensive professional experience in leading companies such as Teletek Electronics and Sopharma Trading, will present practical and working tips for leading and managing a successful design project. She finds the secret of success in the focus on the client - what makes them happy, what does they need? Placing it in the center and aiming for an outstanding result has always been at the heart of excellence.

Romanian product designer Atilla Veres will share what helped him win a number of world honors, including the 2019 Innovation Award from the International Housewares Association, the Design Index ADI Award, and the first prize from the BMW Creative Lab competition, with which he finally states his undeniable talent and innovative thinking on the global design scene. In 2015, Attila set up her own studio and began collaborating with some of the world's leading brands such as 3M and Fratelli Guzzini. He leads a product design dissertation course at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), Milan.

Visitors will have the opportunity to get acquainted closely with the products and services of more than 20 interior design companies, which will place their show stands in the B2B area next to the lecture audience.
