Anima was created by Petya Krivitski – a clinical psychologist, therapist and author with over 20 years' experience working with adolescents, adults and families. Through her practice in Plovdiv and online consultations with people from all over the world, she creates space for deep inner transformation, emotional healing and building of personal resilience. Her therapeutic approach is based on time-tested techniques that focus on self-awareness, managing anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, traumatic experiences and relationship difficulties.

Petya is a leading trainer and speaker on topics such as emotional intelligence, psychological resilience, self-help and mental health in the workplace. She runs specialist webinars and training sessions for companies concerned about the mental health of their employees, as well as programmes for parents and teenagers.
