What was the most important thing you had to do as a leader to build ATP Konsult as a successful company?
The most important thing I had to do to build ATP Konsult as a successful company was to lay a solid foundation. This foundation includes having a clearly defined purpose, evaluating strengths and values, and building a business that works within those strengths and values. It also involves building something you can stand behind and enjoy. A definite intention and a plan to make it happen are fundamental to success in any industry. Building a blueprint with clear strategic goals helps you understand where to put your focus and informs your staff and leadership of where the business is headed in the coming one to five years.
