Еmployees are our most important asset and so our main goal is about them. Our success's engine is identifying and keeping the right people for the particular positions and building a strong team. We identify young talents with our apprentice and fellowship programme, and we develop our employees with internal trainings and options for career growth, including abroad. Our employer's brand focuses on people development within the company. How do you take care of employees' health and safety during the Covid-19 pandemic?
Despite the challenges we preserved our team spirit, our effectiveness and motivation. We provided options for remote work to our office workers and sales team. We took all security measures. Our breweries have not stopped working under increased safety measures, hygiene and access control.
We aim to be flexible and adaptive, we monitor the situation and we strive to answer the changes in the environment and consumers' attitudes. Each crisis brings us to challenges, but also gives us the opportunity to be better tomorrow that we are today.
