What inspired you to expand the complex with new houses for sale?
We were inspired by our guests' love for the place. After years of successful work, we realised that Chamkoria Chalets is not just a complex but a community. Expanding with new houses is a natural step, driven by the interest in long-term stays in the area and our desire to offer a mountain home that combines comfort, nature and privacy. Rila is a magical place, and our mission is to give people the chance to enjoy it every day. The new houses are a continuation of our philosophy – a modern mountain home that does not disturb the tranquillity of the environment.
What will be the key advantages of this project?
The new houses combine the best of everything: the peace of nature, the comfort of a contemporary home and the privilege of living only minutes away from some of the most beautiful trails and winter activities in Bulgaria.

Our plans include eight new luxury villas. Each villa will have four bedrooms, three bathrooms and balconies with views of Rila. It will also have private parking and a garden.
The complex is an extension of the existing one and will be private, fully managed, with access to a reception, spa centre and restaurant.
The villas are available for early reservation off plan and as soon as the snow melts after the winter season, we will begin construction.
