In 2017, architects Georgi Kunchev and Borislav Schalev, two experienced professionals in various fields of architecture, jointly established the architectural firm CAST studio (Creative Architectural Solutions and Technologies)
With immense enthusiasm and a vision of the future, they formed their team, including young architects with diverse and high-level professional qualifications and interests. In addition to their talented staff, the studio relies on a wide network of established partners in the fields of architectural and engineering design. Their primary priority in work is an individualized approach to each project, aiming to create a product that combines good design with architectural and technical solutions.
The studio is divided into two main teams – architectural and interior ones. They work diligently from the initial idea to the completion of each project. CAST studio's interior team professionally handles any challenges and boasts an impressive portfolio of concepts and realized projects. Each concept is thoroughly discussed, aiming to achieve a unique and distinctive modern vision while maximizing alignment with the client's desires.
In preparing their projects, the studio employs a range of innovative methods such as parametric design, BIM AI, VR, and more. They collaborate with numerous established partners and prioritize perfect communication and quality execution with attention to detail. All of this helps the studio build an image of a trusted and reliable partner.
The studio participates from the conceptual stage to the completion, providing colleagues on the execution side with all project documentation, drawings, details, diagrams, and specifications necessary for the seamless completion of the project to turnkey.
Two projects of CAST Studio have already won prestigious awards. Villa Sozopoli won the Dibla award in 2019 in the category of residential interior of a family house. The Embassy Homes building was nominated in the national Building of the Year competition.
CAST Studio also successfully incorporates market-established innovations such as smart home systems into their projects.
