Desislava Ananieva has brought the female talent of homemaking to a completely new level. Is there such a thing as female intuition and approach in the interior transformation?

Of course, in the world of interior design work both men and women who are exceptional professionals. The process of designing a home, however, requires both giving proper shape to the space and creating a cosy ambiance – and who, if not women, is better equipped to turn a space into a home?

Creating great spaces is something that is learned and can be perfected with time, but turning a space into a home requires talent that you have to have in yourself.

Why do modern interiors need an individual approach and how does Style Build Group provide this?

Modern interiors nowadays pose great challenges to designers because, on the one hand, we live in a world of limitless opportunities, and on the other hand the media and social media overwhelm the audience with a deluge of all sorts of ideas, suggestions and opportunities. This both helps and impedes the process of systematising the client's concept for a residential space.

Our mission is to make the most of each space and to satisfy as much as possible the client's realistic desires. Of course, we also have the responsibility to be honest and inform the clients if something that they like will not work in the particular space. In this case, our next step is to guide their choice towards a more productive and realistic direction.

We value all our clients and we always strive to give them something beyond our capabilities. Then we start again.

Which Style Build Group project will remain forever in your heart and why?

For me, each project is a new challenge and I give everything of myself in all of our projects, no matter of their size, budget or location. I deeply love my work and projects with all the emotions that they bring. For me, the project that will always be in my heart, is the next one.

Which, in your opinion, is your strongest leadership trait?

I am capable of clever and fair balancing. I see every problem as a challenge and I work on it until I find the best solution. This inevitably motivates my team. The end result is success.
