The building's concept is to combine high technologies and elegant design. The project covers all requirements for a Class A property and the highest category of BREEAM certification. 

On each floor Sofia Tech ONE has 2,656 sq.m of open space offices with large column grid for flexible layout. The glazed facade and the atrium in the middle of the building provide a lot of natural light to all floors.
