Clean food, locally sourced

Dedicated to offering only the best to its guests, Spa Complex Katarino serves food that is mainly prepared with products from its own farms where free-range chicken and pigs, sheep, cows and goats thrive. 

The eggs, cheeses, butter, milk, hams, salami and meats served at the breakfast and dinner buffets are all from Katarino's facilities. The hotel takes its responsibility towards its clients' health and nature even further – the honey and jam served at the hotel are made locally, the herbal teas are of Pirin and Rila plants, and all the bread is baked in the hotel's own bakery. The place even makes its own ice cream, pasta and beer! The food is always freshly prepared, without artificial additives – only with spices, quality products and care for the details.
