Parketsense is the only boutique for natural parquet floors in Bulgaria. For 11 years owners Anatoli Milanov and Georgi PetKov have personally consulted their clients. At the showroom on 77 Simeonovsko Shose Blvd in Sofia you will also find a variety of luxury interior solutions.
What is the secret of good parquet?
Anatoli Milanov: There is no secret. Good parquet has stable construction, resistant covering and meets the clients' aesthetic taste.
Georgi Petkov: Preferably, it is from Parketsense.
How do you manage to offer the best solutions to your clients?
AM: The secret is in the ability to select the manufacturers. We, at Parketsense, have mastered the art of finding the best parquets in the world and to offer them in the best possible way to the Bulgarian clients.
GP: We select with our own eyes and hands the parquets in our showroom. We love the spirit of Italy, which we also feel in the parquets made by their artisans. Before starting a partnership with a manufacturer, we always visit the factory and meet the people behind the product. For us this is crucial.

AM: Since the creation of Parketsense we have always greeted our clients personally. It is very important for us. We truly love our work and we are responsible for everything connected to it.
What are the main trends in parquets in 2021?
AM: Parquet is a traditional product and although manufacturers constantly improve it technologically, they aim to preserve its traditional appearance as both patterns and feel. For 11 years we have not noticed any significant change in parquets. Technologies change, coverings are being improved, new colours and collections appear, but the overall impression of parquet as a warm, cosy, practical, alive and very beautiful floor covering remains the same.
Georgi Petkov
GP: There are clients for all types of parquet. Some prefer natural hues while others seek more "complex" colours. The same goes for patterns. Most clients choose straight arrangement, but classical parquet patterns have their connoisseurs as well. Others look for more modern patterns.
