TOMOV PLAZA compound is being developed in Trakiya neighbourhood of Plovdiv. The location is key, on Asenovgradsko Shausse, the major route to the cities of Asenovgrad, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo and the Rhodope mountains.
TOMOV PLAZA is a multifunctional compound of residential buildings, commercial properties, offices, a hotel and parking places. At TOMOV PLAZA are planned for development 555 flats in 9 separate buildings that form a closed space covered with lush greenery with limited access to outsiders. Each of the buildings has commercial facilities at its ground level: a large supermarket of 1,200 sq.m, restaurants and cafes by leading Bulgarian chains, a pharmacy, a gym, a bank office, beauty and hairstyle studios and others. The idea is that they will allow residents and visitors to quickly find the most important goods and services they might need. Free parking is provided in front of all commercial properties with a parking for 200 cars. The total built-up area of the 9 buildings is 50,000 sq.m aboveground and 20,000 sq.m underground where there will be a two-level parking with 700 car places.
The architecture of TOMOV PLAZA is by architect Edward Hristov. The buildings are carefully situated with detail to their location and exposure, and the cardinal directions, so that the flats are bright and sunny. The facades are covered with coloured HPL, etalbond with silicate plaster and at places are mounted sheer constructions of stitched metal whose decorative effect, using the game of light and shadows, enriches the aesthetics of the building.
The security of the residents will be provided by 24-hour live guard patrolling and system for access control using individual chips for entering the building, as well as a CCTV system of 36 cameras located in the indoor areas and the compound's perimeter.
