Green Valley is our new investment project in Gurmazovo, in the outskirts of Sofia.

The plots of the houses at Green Valley have ideal rectangular shapes and easy access directly from a newly-built asphalt road.

Entering the house on the ground floor is a two story foyer that opens up to beautiful views in both directions of the garden. The living room welcomes you with a splendid glass wine corner. The space leads to a decorative fireplace and stunning views of the pool and courtyard from the dining area. The kitchen offers a view of the beautiful sunsets over Gurmazovo.

On the same floor, at a different level, is a separate guest wing, along with additional space suitable for a home office or a small home gym.

Each house also has a catering kitchen with direct access from the garden. Thus, catering staff can enter the kitchen without inconveniencing the inhabitants and their guests.

The second floor is dedicated to three bedrooms, a laundry and a storage room. The master bedroom is in a separate wing, with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. In the second wing, there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a shared terrace.

On the underground level, there are parking spaces for two cars and storage rooms. A technical room is designated for all installations servicing the house and the pool.
