Aprime's portfolio of successfully finished projects is incredibly diverse. How are you capable of providing consistently high quality in each of them?

In his 10+ years of working experience he has designed single family houses, residential compounds, hotels and other public buildings. Six years ago he expanded his activities in the field of interior design as well. In 2020, he established STUDIO FRAME DESIGN, a studio for architecture and design.
 

Led by Elena Yaneva, as its creator and creative director, today Studio One is firmly on the watchlist of anyone interested in modern interior design in Bulgaria, and can be found in the contacts of many happy customers.

After she graduated in textile from the National Academy of Art, she worked as a graphic designer and art director before finding her true passion in interior design. Since 2010, Int-Ext Design has offered a rich portfolio of services, making repair works a pleasure.

What inspired you to choose interior design as your life mission?

How its founder, Dobromira Andreeva, achieves this in practice? One part of the answer is her professional skills and qualifications - a lot of work, inspiration and perfect knowledge of the different styles and trends. The other part of the answer is her talent to stay in touch with the clients and to communicate with them aiming at a single direction - to get to know them as individuals in order to create interiors that are for them - only for them.

The yields in the main segments of the property investment market in Bulgaria remain stable, shows the latest report of Colliers, a consulting company. The paper surveys the real estate market in Sofia in the third quarter of 2023. According to it, yields stand at 7.75% for offices and retail, 7.5% for industrial, and 4% for residential properties. The total investment volume has reached nearly 150 million euros, of which about 84 million euros are income-generating assets.
