What are the trendiest destinations for summer 2025, according to Interlax?

The new "hot spots" for Bulgarian travellers are increasingly farther and farther east – Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, South Korea and so on. Egypt and Tunisia have also established themselves. Exotic holidays in the Caribbean – to Cuba, Mexico and the Dominican Republic – are part of our daily bookings, and the Maldives, Sri Lanka, the Seychelles and Mauritius have also grown in popularity in recent years.

And what about the most exciting destinations that deserve special attention?

I'm often asked, "Where's the best place?". I always answer, "The best place is where you haven't been". The world is big and there are new adventures to be had everywhere – it all depends on your motivation for travelling.

Personally, I find something special all over the world. What excites me most is nature and local culture. I'm moved by places that feel warm on a human level, where people live in harmony with nature.

And we must never forget – we are guests. We cannot judge people for the way they live – we can only learn from the good and the less rational aspects of their way of life.

Good relationships and love are the food of our lives, and travel is my favourite dessert!
