For 15 years now, big and small developers, professionals and amateurs in Bulgaria have chosen the polyurethane foams, sealants, adhesives and other products of the Belgian brand Soudal. Hristo Stanimirov, company manager for Bulgaria, tells why.
Soudal has been in Bulgaria for 15 years. What is the brand's greatest achievement on the local market?
Homemade brews are still exotic on the Bulgarian market, but thanks to an entrepreneurial couple, anyone who loves the idea of creating and experimenting with new tastes can now do so. Napravi Si Bira, or Make Your Own Beer, offers everything an individual, craft brewery or bar might need to make new, interesting tastes – from ingredients to equipment to green packaging to recipes. What inspired you to found Napravi Si Bira?
For the modern entrepreneur and professional, work and travel have become entwined. But places that are as comfortable for work as are for leisure are not that many. You will find some of the most exquisite and cleverly designed in the portfolio of Holiwork Stays, a family company creating and managing sustainable luxury spaces that meet the needs of today's business traveller. For now, it offers short-term rental apartments in Plovdiv, Gabrovo and Pomorie, with plans to expand in Sofia and very soon in major cities across Europe.

Desislava Pencheva joined Kamenitza AD in 2013. She took several positions in the company and is currently its Plant Manager, leading a team of about 140 people.
Kamenitza's Haskovo based brewery won the award for top brewery in the Molson Coors group. What does this recognition mean to you?
For the last 3 years, these investments exceed € 30 million and future significant projects are already underway. The wide list of innovative eco-solutions of the beer industry includes construction of photovoltaic parks and production, logistics and power equipment with high savings coefficient and recovery of natural, energy and other resources. Introducing lightweight packaging materials goes together with communication campaigns for separate collection of plastic packaging and reusable glass bottles (RGB) projects.
Founded in 1987 and based in Stuttgart, the company is a leading German manufacturer of modern designer jewellery and winner of the GERMAN BRAND AWARD 2022, 2020, 2019 and 2016 and the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2018. The brand stands out with its lovingly handcrafted jewellery from the finest materials such as natural stones, shimmering crystals or freshwater pearls.
The party, at the Sofia Press Gallery in Central Sofia, was combined with a photography exhibition of some of the finest photographs published in the magazine through the years.
With this in mind, the 20th anniversary of Acronis is an astonishing achievement.
