You’ve been Alphawin's Marketing Director for nearly a year now. What attracted you to the company?

Although I have officially been part of Alphawin for a year, it feels as though I have been a member of this team for much longer. 2025 is a special year for us – Alphawin celebrates four years on the market and is already among the most recognisable and successful operators in the sector. Contributing to the company's growth, to the brand's modern image and to the victories we achieve together – being part of this progress is both an honour and a privilege.

What drew me in was the company's clear vision, stable structure and the freedom to grow and create. Alphawin is no longer merely comparable to, but is approaching the standards of leading international companies – with a strong culture, care for its people and a constant drive for new ideas.

What goals did you set yourself when you took on the position?

The ambition was immense – to turn Alphawin into a household name associated with quality, trust and entertainment. Today, I can proudly say that, together with the team, we have built and strengthened our position on the market through powerful campaigns, social responsibility and a consistent focus on responsible gaming. Our campaigns have not only reached people but have also left a lasting impression – innovative, distinctive and undeniably successful.

How did you achieve this?

With a close-knit team working with a single mission – for Alphawin always to be one step ahead. With a great deal of courage, creativity and the confidence that every idea can become reality when you believe in it and have the freedom to develop it.

What are the main challenges you face today?

To combine the market's dynamism with the needs of our players – to offer them not just a product, but an experience. The greatest challenge is maintaining the pace and building on our success so that Alphawin always remains the first choice when it comes to entertainment.

How do you ensure Alphawin's visibility in such a highly competitive and fast-changing market?

Through the strength of our team. Our marketing department works like a well-oiled machine – we all look in the same direction, generate ideas, select the strongest ones and bring them to life with great energy. Да допринасям за разширяването на мащаба, за модерното лице на бранда и за победите, които заедно постигаме – да бъда част от този растеж е чест и привилегия.

Привлече ме ясната визия на компанията, стабилната структура и свободата да се развиваш и твориш. Alphawin вече не просто се сравнява, но и се доближава до стандартите на водещите международни компании – със силна култура, грижа за хората и постоянен стимул за нови идеи.

Какви задачи си поставихте, когато заехте позицията?

Амбицията беше огромна – да превърнем Alphawin в име, което всеки познава и свързва с качество, доверие и забавление.
