The maximum communication that consumers want is much bigger, thinks Lyubomir Karadimov, CEO of RIGHT DIRECTION agency

The agency for comprehensive communication services RIGHT DIRECTION has been on the market for over 13 years. Its focus is on the complete process of marketing - from its strategy and planning to its materialisation in different channels. Lyubomir Karadimov, creator and CEO of RIGHT DIRECTION, elaborates.

What is the biggest challenge that communication agencies face today?

Time. The speed and dynamic inherent to every project, the growing needs of the client in different directions and the speed with which all of these change require us to be agile in order to be capable of offering different services, to integrate them in the best and most economically viable way and to show results as fast as possible. It is much more profitable for the client to work with a specialised agency that follows all the novelties and knows the market in more directions, as it saves time and money in the right direction.

What do you insist upon in your work?

For us it is of utmost importance to build a connection with the client, to get along with them and together to realise a successful campaign and project. This can be achieved not only with professionalism, but also with having shared values and trust in the process. We are an independent agency and this helps us a lot to make and implement whatever approaches we think fit best, and to work in different fields. This has allowed us to gain experience in many fields and, most importantly, has given us the freedom to choose who is going to be our client.

Are there trends in communications? And misconceptions?

In the past couple of years we, at RIGHT DIRECTION, have focused on the exceptionally personalised contact with the audience and the use of non-traditional approaches along with a mix of channels. We believe that we should not overestimate some communication channels for the expense of others. What makes successful campaigns today different is that they reach their target audiences in many ways. Successful agencies stand out with their skill to operate across many and different channels, saving time, effort, and money to their clients.

A common misconception is that everything will move to the digital environment, complemented by a total denial of traditional channels such as print media or radio, for example. It is beyond any doubt that the digital environment provides many opportunities for presence and advertisement, and is easy to measure. However, digital marketing by far does not exhaust the maximum of communication that consumers want.

Агенцията за цялостно комуникационно обслужване RIGHT DIRECTION е на пазара над 13 години. Фокусът ѝ е върху целия процес, свързан с маркетинга – от стратегията и планирането ѝ до изпълнението ѝ в различни канали. Любомир Карадимов, създател и управител на RIGHT DIRECTION, разказва повече.

Кое е най-голямото предизвикателство в настоящето пред комуникационните агенции?

Времето е най-голямото предизвикателство на днешния ден. Скоростта, динамиката във всеки проект, увеличаващите се нужди на клиента в различни направления и бързината, с която се променя всичко това, налагат да сме гъвкави, да можем да предложим различни услуги, да ги интегрираме по най-добрия и икономически изгоден начин и да показваме резултати бързо. Много по-изгодно е клиентът да работи със специализирана агенция, която следи новостите и познава пазара в повече направления – спестяват се време и пари в правилната посока.

На какво държите в работата ви?

За нас е много важна връзката с клиента, това че ще си паснем и ще можем заедно да постигнем успешна кампания и проект. Това се постига не само с професионализъм, но и със споделяне на общи ценности и доверие в процеса. Ние сме независима агенция и това много ни помага да правим и прилагаме каквито решим похвати и да работим в различни ресори. Така сме натрупали опит в много области и най-важното – можем да избираме клиентите си.

Има ли тенденции в комуникациите? А заблуди?

През последните няколко години изключително персонализираният контакт с аудиторията и използването на нетрадиционни похвати и микс от канали са водещи при нас. Не трябва да пренебрегваме някои канали за комуникация за сметка на други. Това, което отличава успешните кампании днес, е, че те достигат индивидуално до отделния човек по множество начини. А успешните агенции се отличават с умението си да оперират в множество и различни канали, спестявайки време, усилия и пари на клиентите си.

Една заблуда е, че всичко ще мине в дигитална среда и отричането на традиционни канали като печатните медии или радиото, например. Безспорно дигиталната среда дава много възможности за присъствие и реклама и е лесно измерима. Но с дигиталния маркетинг далеч не се изчерпва максимумът на комуникация, която искат потребителите.
