The idea about Gravity Homes & Living is the result of the many years of experience of Ocean Investments in real estate and the careful observation of the global trends for smart and sustainable residential solutions. The compound's construction started in late 2023 and 45% from the first phase are already sold out. The project has three phases with a total of 179 houses and apartments that will be built in stages. According to the plans, the project's third phase will conclude in 2028. The compound will spread on an area of 11 ha, and only 1.9 of these will have buildings on them. The rest will be park areas, green spaces, lawns and gardens, and areas offering different amenities and services. Gravity Homes & Living offers a variety of residential properties of different sizes. The floor area of the apartments in the blocks of flats ranges from 205 sq m to 487 sq m. The detached houses have an area between 600 sq m and 900 sq m. The small row houses will be from 285 sq m to 292 sq m and the large ones – between 391 sq m and 403 sq m. The semi detached houses in Gravity will have an area ranging from 449 sq m to 495 sq m.
The formula of Gravity Homes & Living

Unlike other gated communities, where developers leave after they sell the properties and a contractor takes care of the maintenance, the investor at Gravity Homes & Living will remain engaged in the project. There will be a public building for everything that residents might need – a 24/7 reception desk, a co-working space, concierge services, a kindergarten, a restaurant, a café, a BBQ, a gym and a spa, a doctor's office, a beauty bar etc. Different events for residents of all ages are also planned. Quality, flexibility and funding
The developer of Gravity Homes & Living insists on quality of construction and the feeling of space. Each building in the compound has spacious and large rooms and a functional layout.
The project is funded by the developer along with resources from one of the leading banks on the Bulgarian market. In a moment when Bulgarian banks do not support projects of such scale, they have obviously recognised the potential of Gravity. As a major partner in the project, the bank will offer special mortgage conditions for clients who buy properties there.
The payment schedule is standard, in four instalments. The developer seeks flexibility and individual solutions to each client's needs while keeping the initial finance strategy.
