AVI Architects is an architectural studio established in 2015 in Burgas by architect Vladimir Ivanov, which has designed a number of residential, public and industrial projects. The main principles of the team's work are the individual approach to each project, the vision for its implementation, creativity and innovative solutions.
Modern construction is entering an era of innovation, where sustainability, technology and functionality are combined in the design of industrial and manufacturing buildings. New building materials and technical solutions are making these facilities more efficient, flexible and environmentally friendly.

Today, architects have an unlimited range of materials and systems at their disposal – from highly insulating facade panels and glazing that protect the building, to self-healing concrete that extends the life of structures. Lightweight but strong metal alloys and modular construction allow for rapid assembly and adaptability for future expansion.
Technology is also transforming industrial buildings. Building management systems (BMS) ensure optimal energy efficiency, and automation and robotics in manufacturing processes require new spatial solutions.
