My defining quality is purposefulness. It combines all the micro-qualities that build me as a person and help me to develop Elite Dental Solutions not simply as a business, but as a standard for high-quality dental care. Our mission is to become ambassadors of health.
You are nominated for Business Lady of Year 2024 of the Golden Heel Awards. What does this nomination mean to you?
I started developing my own business fairly recently. With this, I am fulfilling a dream of mine. This nomination is very special for me, because it serves as a sign that the team of Elite Dental Solutions and I are moving in the right direction. I am very flattered to see that my efforts are being seen and recognised.
What is the key service or services that patients of Elite Dental Solutions hold in very high esteem?
We take care to offer many and quality services to our patients, by constantly participating in seminars and trainings in different fields of dentistry and on diverse topics. As the all-time favourite I will single out dental implants, because we use a specific method for each patient. We approach each case individually and create the best conditions for our patients. They feel special, pampered in a friendly atmosphere – and this always helps for their proper treatment and full recovery.
Which part of dentistry you find the most exciting professionally, and why?
The feeling that I experience when I help someone to remember how it feels to smile without embarrassment, to eat without fear and pain, to look at themselves in the mirror with joy and happiness – this cannot be compared to anything else. These things can be achieved through dental implantology and prosthetic dental medicine. These are, as well, my absolute favourites in the field.
Tell us more about the patient's experience in the clinic?
I will describe it as travelling towards one's dream destination. We take care of the optimal comfort of our patients from Bulgaria and abroad by discussing with them everything in advance, starting with why they have sought our help to the transportation to the accommodation.
Once they arrive at Elite Dental Solutions, we have a detailed consultation, in English language if there is need for it, and then we start the individual dental treatment plan. We inform our patients about all the procedures that lie ahead, and together with them we start the journey for achieving the smiles of their dreams. This is precisely the envisioned end-point of this journey. By transforming one's smile, we inevitably transform their life.
