Why and how did Prevodachi.eu become one of the most successful translation agencies in Bulgaria?
In the foundations of our success is our motto: "We translate, you succeed!" For us, the most important thing is the quality service and approach towards all clients, regardless of who they are and how big their order is. We achieved this by gathering a stable and experienced team of professionals that we value and respect, and constantly strive to improve and motivate.
How do you use high technologies in Prevodachi.eu?
Our team uses all modern software and digital tools available in our industry. This allows us to maintain adequate and fast communication with clients and translators alike, quick and quality processing of the orders and timely and quality services. We also use memory databases for particular clients to shorten the realisation deadlines, avoid terminological mistakes, cut costs in case of repetitive texts, process specific file formats etc.
We also developed our own system for processes and quality management, and were certified according to the EN 17100:2015 and ISO 9100:2015 standards.
Technologies are one thing, but what is the most important thing that you, as professionals, try to communicate when working with clients?
When communicating with our clients, we aim to give them adequate, precise and correct information about the best approach to prepare and commission each order. For example, how to optimise the expenses and deadlines if we receive the proper files, to organise the whole translation and editing process, to maintain proper communication with the client in order to solve quickly and easily occurring problems, and how to send the ready files and documents.
What about your translators?
We work only with translators who have successfully passed our test procedure and in their work are correct and responsible, pay attention to the detail and accuracy, and respect the deadlines.
